Commonly known as 3D printing, this major disruptive technology is transforming bioengineering, aerospace, automotive and defence manufacturing. The industry-led research at our 3D printing facilities give students, staff and businesses the edge in a competitive landscape.
The AMP hosts collaborative research with more than 40 companies including Ford, Siemens and Boeing, and international delegations. Our specialised equipment and experts assist companies to develop new conceptual products and perform multiple design iterations.
