Cancelling the subscription

When you start to a Kuula PRO and Business subscription, it is automatically renewed at the end of every period, which is a month or year, depending on which one you choose. This article will show you how to pause or stop your subscription.

Before you decide to cancel please read the following article. It outlines all the features and functions that will change or become unavailable after the account is downgraded.

Note to Paypal users: if you purchased a yearly Kuula PRO subscription with Paypal, there is no need to cancel it, as it will not automatically renew. You will get an email reminding you to renew the subscription when the time comes and you can decide then.

Cancelling an active subscription

An active subscription is one where all the renewal charges were succesful. If a charge failed, the subscription becomes past due - if this is your case, please check the next paragraph.

In order to cancel an active subscription, navigate to your Account Settings page and hit the cancel the subscription link, as shown below.

Your PRO account will not be downgraded immediately.

It will remain PRO until the end of the current billing period, but you will not be billed again. For example, in case of the account on the screenshot above, the account would be active until August 1st 2019, after which there will be no more charges and the account will be downgraded to the basic plan.

After you confirm the cancellation, your account page will show the following message:

Cancelling a past due subscription

If you wish to cancel a subscription that is past due, please contact our support at contact@kuula.co. A subscription is past due, if the renewal charge failed. Our system automatically sends email informing you about failed charges.

Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with the product and wish to obtain a refund, please let us know within a week (7 days) of subscribing.

You can cancel a subscription at any time, there are no automatic refunds. This means that if you would like to get a refund, you need to contact us at contact@kuula.co and let us know.
