  • Is my data secure?

    Yes. Kuula uses Stripe to process payments. An industry standard encyption is used to make sure your data is securely delivered and processed by Stripe.

  • Can I get a discount?

    Yes, with the purchase of the annual plan a 33% discount is applied.

  • Can I get a refund?

    If you are unsatisfied with the upgrade and wish to obtain a full or partial refund, please let us know within a week of subscribing.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your account will remain in the upgraded plan for the time you have already been charged for and it will revert to the basic plan after that.

  • What happens when my account goes back to basic?

    You will not lose any of your posts or collections, but embeds using a custom logo will revert to Kuula logo.

  • Where can I find receipts for purchasing my membership?

    All receipts are emailed to you after we charge you for the Kuula Pro account subscription. If you can’t find them, please contact us and we will send them to you again.

  • What payment forms does Kuula accept?

    Kuula accepts payments using credit or debit cards. You can pay using any major card including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club.
