Castle Pulverbatch. The impressive remains of a Motte and Bailey earthworks in Pulverbatch, South West of Shrewsbury, UK Constructed in the late 11th Century, and possibly only occupied for around 50 years. There is no evidence of there ever being any stone defences. The views are quite extensive across Mid Shropshire and the Long Mynd.
