Inspired by Dean Carriere's photo from the top of Everest in 2012 - https://forum.tfes.org/index.php?topic=10606.0 The red line is eye level (horizontal, a projected plane) with compass points. The purple line is your sea-level horizon (2.9° below eye level, 335 km away). Most of the view is from Google Earth Studio - 6 shots down, 6 shots level, 6 shots up, at 90° and 4000 x 4000 resolution. It's not *perfect*, but it's pretty amazingly good. I used PTGui 10 to compose the panorama, then overlaid Dean's photo (GoPro Hero 3 Silver - 2.5mm lens, but the tiny sensor makes it act like a 12mm-equivalent). The photo is 110° wide - narrower than I expected, actually.
