  • Stop 14: Lotus Isle Park From the park, when you look out over North Portland Harbor, you can still see the pilings from the 700-foot trestle that once carried the streetcars that went on to Hayden Island and then to Vancouver, Washington.  The Tomahawk Island Floating Home Community is behind the trestle, East of us. The I-5 bridge (and Isle Cove Floating Homes) is West. Oregon mainland is South.
