**Shanna Warren** Chief Executive Officer (818) 842-9333 x110 shannawarren@bgcburbank.org Shanna Warren’s 22 years at the Boys & Girls Club of Burbank and Greater East Valley has brought the organization to new heights and has positively improved the lives of countless youth. Ms. Warren’s efforts have been recognized on both a local and national level. In 2002, Ms. Warren received a commendation for being a Women in Business Awardee from Los Angeles County. In 2011, the Boys & Girls Club of America awarded her the National Professional Service Award. In 2012, she was named Woman of the Year by the Zonta Club Burbank chapter. This award earned her recognition from the California Legislature Assembly, the California State Senate, and Congressional recognition from the United States Congress. In 2015, Business Life Magazine featured Ms. Warren in the 26th Annual Women Achiever issue. In 2019, she was named Executive Director of the Year by Boys & Girls Club of America. In spite of her many accolades, Shanna Warren has always managed to stay true her main goals of improving youth development within her community. In 2004 she completed the Boys & Girls Club of America Executive Leadership Program and in 2009 she attended and graduated from Boys & Girls Club of America Leadership University at the University Of Michigan Ross School Of Business. In 2010 she received her Master of Arts degree in the study of Organizational Leadership from Woodbury University. In 2015, Ms. Warren was one of the first of six people invited by the Boys & Girls Club of America to Harvard University Business School. There, she completed the Performance Measurement for Effective Management of a Non-Profit Organization program and she went back again for additional studies in 2018. Over the years Shanna Warren has been an invaluable contributing member of the San Fernando Valley Community. Ms. Warren has been a member of many groups and committees whose focus have evolved around community development and collaboration. She founded the Burbank Non-Profit Coalition and she currently serves as Vice Chair for the Boys & Girl Club Los Angeles Alliance and has been a member of Vistage for five years now and is a member of Children’s Hospital's La Providencia Guild. Mrs. Warren is also an active Boy Scout volunteer with Boy Scouts of America.
**Lupe Herrera** Vice President (818) 842-9333 x120 lupeherrera@bgcburbank.org Lupe Herrera, Vice President, has been employed with the Boys& Girls Club of Burbank and GEV since July 2017. She has been in the BGCA movement since February 2008. Lupe provides leadership and training opportunities to program staff. Lupe oversees the planning, development, implementation, program reporting, supervision and evaluation of programs for all 22 club locations. Prior to becoming Vice President of the Boys and Girls Club of Burbank and Greater East Valley, Lupe has served in the following roles: Transportation, Education and Teen Coordinator, High School Director, Program Director, and lastly Director of Operations. Lupe also led the Clubs Safety Committee for three years, 2019-2021. Lupe is an active member of the Burbank Sunrise Kiwanis Service club and Burbank Domestic Violence Task Force. In 2019, The Boys & Girls Club of America awarded her the Pacific Region Professional of the Year award.
**Mira Shah** Chief Financial Officer (818) 842-9333 mira.shah@bgcburbank.org Mira has worked within the Boys & Girls Club movement since 2012 and oversees all the Accounting and Finance operations of the club. Prior to working in the Non Profit sector, Mira worked as a Public Accountant for KPMG and also as a Manager of Financial Reporting at Disney. Mira brought with her much knowledge and implemented many best practices from the Fortune 500 companies she worked at before. She holds a CPA license and has 19 years of overall experience in the Accounting and Finance field.
